Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Gwench LLC, doing business as Gwench Spatial Systems, an Arizona company (“Gwench,” “we,” “us”), collects when you use www.gwench.com and sign in at app.gwench.com, and how we use it.
What we receive
When you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your Google account email address, your name, and your Google account ID with us. We do not ask Google for your contacts, files, calendar, or any other data.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To sign you in.
- To check whether your email address is registered with a company that uses Gwench.
If your email is not registered, we show a message saying so and do not keep an account record for you.
Cookies
After you sign in, we set one secure session cookie so you stay signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking across other sites. Signing out removes the session.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host and run the service for us, such as Cloudflare, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For registered users, we keep your email, name, and Google account ID while your company’s access is active. When access ends, or when you ask, we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
Keeping it safe
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, and you can remove Gwench’s access from your Google account settings. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email us.
Children
Gwench is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
