The old way
Checking every stud by hand is slow: a hand level on both faces, and every reading written down. As an illustration, a 2,400 sq ft two-story house with 444 studs takes about 4 h 37 min by hand.
TruePlank™ is designed to check every stud in one walk.
It is being built so points form on each stud, then a painted box marks it plumb, watch or fix.
Results are designed to go to EverWatch™, where one click would create a work order for the framing crew.
15 minutes is our target with AR glasses. It is not current phone performance.
